1. Healthfulness (includes at least 3 of the following: lean protein source, high fiber content, healthy carbs, whole grains, healthy fats (unsaturated), vitamins/minerals)- 50%
2. Palatability -30%
3. Resourcefulness/creativity (based on using ingredients that are sustainable, local, in-season, affordable/economical, home-grown) -10%
4. Visual presentation and aroma -10%
